My journey
Three lives, one question
Musician, entrepreneur, coach: I have always looked for what makes a human being rise or fall. Each life taught me something I still use today.
1970s – 1995
Studio musician
- Age 6A pianist since the age of 6.
- Age 18Professional musician: piano, synthesisers, computer, arranger and sound engineer, first in the studios of Lyon.
- 1981Two tours with Maxime Le Forestier and Jean Schultheis, including a month at Bobino, and two albums.
- 1984Compass Point Studios in Nassau with Sheila, Yves Martin and Manu Katché.
- 1985Musical director and piano for Sheila at the Zénith in Paris… and the birth of my eldest daughter.
- 1986My own studio, “Captain Click Sound Clinic”, in Paris, and my production and publishing company.
- 1987My son is born.
- 1991My second daughter is born.
1995 – 2005
Touraine and business
- 1995I leave Paris for Loches (Touraine): La Capitainerie, a 17th-century manor and its farm, empty for 30 years, become holiday cottages, guest rooms and a pool.
- 1996Development director of O’CD: the chain grows from 3 to 15 shops.
- 1999I found People Nature & Golf, to design natural golf courses and ecological green spaces.
- 2005The Loches-Verneuil golf course opens, a project led with the town of Loches. Director of the Quintessence film festival in Benin.
2006 – today
Coaching and neuroscience
- 2006I leave France for Belgium. My youngest daughter is born.
- 2007Leukaemia.
- 2008I train as a coach, then in applied neuroscience: Dr Jacques Fradin’s Neurocognitive and Behavioural Approach.
- 2009I translate and represent Transurfing throughout the French-speaking world, until 2013.
- 2014My first online course, “Je suis l’auteur de ma réalité” (I am the author of my reality), and a move to Spain.
- TodayMaster Certified Coach (ICF), Neurosensorial Institute, the R.E.A.L. adaptive process, the REALSWITCH app, books and talks… and I live in Mauritius.
