What the website collects

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message. They are used only to reply to you. The message is sent by email through the Resend service and is not stored on the website.
• White paper: if you request the white paper, your email is saved by our emailing tool (Brevo) to send it to you and keep you informed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• No analytics and no advertising cookies: that is why the website shows no cookie banner.

Third-party services loaded on request

Videos (YouTube, Vimeo), the white paper form (Brevo) and appointment booking (Calendly, external site) only load when you click on them. These services then apply their own privacy policies.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which protects the form against bots (Cloudflare Turnstile) and processes technical data (IP address) for security.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request, then for at most 3 years after the last exchange.
